Traineeship based on Engineering and Manufacturing - Learner will undertake training and development at NITAL Training Academy studying different disciplines within engineering; milling, turning, hand fitting, fabrication and welding. In addition to this the learners will complete the required number of work experience hours. All learners will also be working towards the relevant English and Mathematics qualifications where applicable in preparation for progression from Traineeship to Apprenticeship.
