AS Level Biology. This course explores Biology as the science of life and focus on key topics, such as: animal and plant physiology; cell biology; genetics; biotechnology; and genetic engineering. The aims of the course are to: stimulate interest in Biological Sciences; promote an awareness of the key issues relating to environmental and human biology; and develop ability to research topics and then to communicate arguments clearly and logically.
