Archaeology AS - AQA

Archaeology is the study of past human societies from the investigation of material remains and is one of the most exciting subjects in the curriculum. Moreover, Archaeology is an excellent all round subject as it combines elements of history, science, art, technology, geography, sociology and religious studies. Both theoretical and practical archaeological skills are taught on the course, which includes visits to important sites in the local area.
