WJEC Level 3 Advanced GCE in Media Studies The media are at the heart of the modern world; studying and understanding them is both fascinating and important. This course will allow you to develop a critical and analytical approach to different types of media texts as well as the media institutions which create and circulate them. You will explore all aspects of today’s media world, including newspapers, magazines, TV, film, radio, advertising and the internet. You will also consider the changes and debates surrounding the rise and development of digital media.
