Customer Service Skills

This course is for anyone involved, either directly or indirectly, in providing service to customers, inside or outside their organisation. The workshop looks at what consumers expect and demand, and strategies for developing strategies for develop customer relationships. This course is for anyone who comes into contact with customers and who may not previously have had any formal training in customer service.
