PP's apprenticeship in Business and Human Resources (HR) is aimed at school or college leavers entering the HR profession who have an aspiration to develop a successful career. Awarded by City & Guilds (C&G) and closely aligned to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), apprentices will learn key business skills and develop their knowledge of HR. On successful completion of the CIPD's Foundation Certificate in Human Resource Practice (CHRP), candidates may be eligible to upgrade to Associate membership - subject to an application through the CIPD.
