Stress management for people who stammer

Life can be stressful, and having a stammer can make it even more so. On this practical workshop you'll learn techniques and strategies from a range of approaches including mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) to help you understand and manage your stress levels. This course runs on these dates: 15-16 February.
