Offered in conjunction with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the Certificate in Learning and Development Practice (CLDP) is a foundation level qualification (equivalent to NVQ/SVQ Level 3) designed to reflect the CIPD Profession Map and the new professional membership criteria. CLDP provides the underpinning knowledge required for the new Associate professional level of CIPD membership. On successful completion of the CLDP, if you have the relevant professional experience you can apply for a membership assessment. To achieve the Certificate in CLDP, learners need to achieve a minimum of 28 credits, comprising 10 credits from the core units and 18 credits from the optional units.
