Philosophy AS Level

UPDATED 20150930 13:32:07

Philosophy and Ethics are an aspect of Religious Studies where we study religious and non-religious ideas and attitudes to these big questions! Philosophy investigates what it means to be human, why we or the universe are here, what the mind is and the role of religion within society both past and present. Ethics investigates what is meant by right and wrong and how we know the difference. We investigate different topics such as abortion and euthanasia, freewill and equality.
