Business is the study of organisations and the economy's effect on a business. It looks at key areas including finance, human resources, marketing, operations and the business environment. Studying Business at Erasmus Darwin Academy allows learners to look at a range of subjects that affect the business world from finance to marketing and human resources to strategic decision making. This course can lead to learners progressing to University level qualifications in a range of subjects. As well as higher education opportunities, this course leads to vocational courses. When students enter the world of work, business helps them to build transferable skills as well as have a detailed knowledge of how organisations function.
