Advanced Visual Studies - Fine Art

UPDATED 20161212 15:42:29

If you have studied art to GCE 'A' or Foundation Art and Design level or equivalent, have the necessary experience and enjoy working with other people who love art, this three-term course will enable you to continue your fine art practice. You will undertake a number of different projects designed to help you to develop greater independence in your work. As well as producing an individual portfolio, which may be based around themes from still life, the environment or from working with a life model, you will research historical and contemporary fine art theory and practice and participate in a number of specialist workshops on a range of topics such as drawing, painting and printmaking.
