Textiles will focus on the development of design and craft skills. You will work with a range of materials and also have the opportunity to explore decorative and wearable design. The course is for those who want to learn how to work through a process of research, design and production which will result in individual and original pieces of work. Whilst you study, You will examine a variety of artist and designer work to inspire your own pieces. Using these methods you will build up a portfolio of practical work that is exciting, inventive and individual.
