This qualification is aimed at the learner who wants to pursue a career as a fitness instructor in the context of gym - based exercise. You will cover anatomy and physiology, health and safety, planning and delivering gym - based sessions, healthy eating, communication and motivation skills. You will need to have suitable clothing for a gym environment, including indoor training footwear, personal towel and toiletries.
