This course is for students who perform as musicians and are looking to further their musical studies and experiences in a variety of ways. It offers students the opportunity to gain a wide range of musical skills including Performance Music Theory Composition Music Production (Recording and Sequencing) Music Business All Music Practice students have the opportunity to perform at a variety of venues in and around Kingston, incorporating a selection of musical styles and various ensembles. Students can use technology in the College's Recording Studios and MIDI sequencing room. All assessment is made through ongoing practical and written coursework assignments. To complete and pass the course students must pass a total of 18 modules, practical and coursework assignments . These include: Music and Sounds for the Moving Image Music and Society Composition Music Therory and Harmony The Sound and Music Industry Performance Techniques Sound Recording/ Sequencing Systems and Techniques
