Music Technology is available as an 8 Unit Award (A level) or a 4 Unit Award (AS level). The course enables you to develop skills in the techniques, practices and principles of music technology. It encourages the use of music technology as a tool to develop composing and arranging skills, and provides a programme of study that will lead to the development of accomplished recording and sequencing skills. The course also develops listening and analysing skills through the study of a wide range of contemporary music. Those following this course will have the opportunity of undertaking work experience.
