This is a City and Guilds Qualification, in Customer Service. The qualification aims to prepare you with the knowledge, understanding and practical skills required for working within customer service, in a wide range of organisations and industries. The qualification is a work based qualification and therefore delivered while you are at work, on your employers premises. This can be delivered as a full framework qualification, which may include a techinical certificate and key skills. An exam will need to be taken if the techincial certificate and key skill elements of this qualification are undertaken. You will be able to choose units with your consultant, for the qualification, that best suit the environmentindustry you are working in as well as your job role. This qualification is delivered through assessments and training; a fully qualified Learning and Development Consultant will visit you at work once or twice a month, working through the chosen units.
