S11C01F: This five session course will explore 5 areas of recent social change and examine the impact on society. This course is for those with an interest in understanding the major impact of 'change' in our societies and communities.

Name: SOCIOLOGY - INTRODUCTION TO SOCIOLOGY Qualification title: Non regulated Community Learning provision, Sociology and Social Policy Qualification type: Assessment You will be asked to complete an Individual Learning Record (ILR) at the beginning of the course/workshop. The ILR is a way for you to identify your strengths, challenges and interests and set your own personal targets. This, in turn, will inform the tutor of your starting point and ensure you get the best out of your course. With your tutor you will revisit the ILR regularly so that progress and further actions can be discussed, agreed and recorded.
