This course demonstrates the relevance of Psychology to everyday life as well as challenging you to understand and apply knowledge. You must, however, be totally committed to the subject to see it through – both AS Psychology and A level Psychology involve a good deal of hard work. It isn’t just about discussing fascinating ideas about who we are and how we behave (although that is part of it!). You have to be able to use Maths skills to study and apply theories as well as interpret data from graphs, for example. You will also be expected to develop an awareness of ‘How Science Works’ at AS level
