This course is your start to a career in the hospitality and catering industry and covers all the basic duties to become a chef, from maintaining a safe place of work to preparing and baking food items. In addition you will also study a Food and Beverage Service Certificate Level 1. You will develop skills in customer service, preparing and providing table service and hot and cold drink service through studying theory and gaining real experience in the College's Gallery Restaurant.
