The new CHRP is intended for those working in areas of Human Resource (HR) and / or those with staff responsibility and those aspiring to a career in HR. The qualification will provide the necessary knowledge to apply or pursue HR practice through a variety of learning experiences from the course. Completion of the programme will allow you to obtain the necessary academic part of the new CIPD Associate membership and you can progress to achieve a Diploma level within two years. The programme is flexible enough to allow those who have specific skill requirements to undertake individual modules.
