Drawing provides the root of all painting. The skills required to draw effectively and accurately will be taught on this 5 week course. A range of subjects will be covered and interpreted by in a variety of drawing materials such as charcoal, inks and graphite. If there are any particular subjects the learners wish to study then these can be included in the course by agreement with the tutor. By the end of the course the learner will have completed a portfolio/sketchbook of drawing mediums on a variety of subjects. A range of pencils from 2H to 6B, an A3 sketch pad, rubber and charcoal.
