This qualification provides learners with specialist skills and knowledge within the specialist areas of Patisserie in the hospitality industry. Candidates will be introduced to the full range of products used within the confectionary & patisserie sector. They will learn where the products come from, and some of the processes they go through. It is for learners who work or want to work as patisserie chefs in the catering and hospitality sector. It allows candidates to learn, develop and practise the skills required for employment and/or career progression in the catering and hospitality sector
