Access to HE Diploma Health and Human Science

This course is ideal for anyone looking to pursue a future career within the Health Science industry. The range of career opportunities in Health Science is hugely diverse and this Access course is designed specifically to meet the needs of adult learners in preparation for progression to higher education. As part of the course you will study 3 mandatory units: Human Biology Essay writing Finding and Reading information You will also study 14 subject based units covering a range of subjects around your specialism, which could include: Cell biology, biological molecules, ecology and evolution, human physiology, genetics, microbes and disease, ethical issues. In addition there will be an opportunity to develop your level 2 Maths and English skills, study skills, academic practice and relevant IT skills. The broad range of disciplines and subjects covered on the course will allow you to develop the skills necessary for progression in the health science industry. The majority of students, on successful completion of all units, do progress to higher education courses, including university and/or employment.
