Control of Pesticide regulations classify chemicals used to control pests , weeds and unwanted vegetation as pesticides. All those who use or cause pesticides or herbicides to be used in the course of their business are required to have received adequate training in their safe and effective use. What the course involves: * New legislation * Pesticide Label interpretation * Protective Clothing * Mixing and Transporting * Storage * Disposal of Surplus * Contamination * Record Keeping Assessment competence to be carried out by NPTC assessor after the course ( Computer based) . This can be done at the college or at the place of work and is booked directly with NPTC.
