INTRODUCTION TO WORKING IN SCHOOLS

The course offers an introduction to the role and responsibilities of the teaching assistant. It aims to develop practical classroom skills experience of volunteering in a school setting confidence and communication skills. The course will also support learners gaining an English qualification. By the end of the course you should be able to: ? Deliver practical support skills in a school based setting. ? Produce a portfolio of evidence to meet assessment requirements. ? Work effectively as part of a team.
