You will be expected to gain 58 credits to complete this award, 28 credits from the mandatory units. These include Communication, Health and Safety and Personal Development. There are also 30 credits to be achieved form the optional units. These will be chosen with your assessor. It is important the chosen units are within your role as a Support Worker. City and guilds Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 3 will be achieved on completion of the course.Once you have enrolled onto the programme you will be assigned an assessor that will visit you in the workplace regularly. They will complete assessment plans and reviews with you to keep you on target.
