If you have a passion for sport and you are interested in a career in the sport, exercise and fitness industry, then this course is for you. You will develop skills and knowledge that will prepare you for a range of jobs in the sports industry or further study. You will study a range of topics which may include- Anatomy & physiology in sport - Sports coaching - Sports development - Practical team sports - Sports nutrition - Sports injuries - Sport and exercise massage - In addition, you will learn skills that are required in any career choice, including health & safety, confidence building, social and practical skills, and English and Maths. We also offer English and Maths GCSE resits. Physical Requirements- You will be required to take part in practical and fitness sessions both indoors and outdoors.
