UPDATED 20150827 10:58:18

This non-accredited course will build a solid language foundation by consolidating and extending basic structures in everyday and tourist situations to a more competent level of communication. This course is not suitable for beginners. This course is suitable for those who have completed a College French Post-beginners course or who have basic school or holiday French (equivalent to 120 hours study). The topics covered will give you greater flexibility and confidence in using the language and taking a more active part in conversations. By the end of the course, you will have sufficient vocabulary to deal with most practical situations and will be able to distinguish past, present and future events, using standard, predictable everyday language clearly and mainly accurately. You will be able to express yourself using correct grammar most of the time, when talking about routine current events, what you did, what you are going to or will do. The course will develop the skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing. Yes, subject to tutor's agreement.
