Gain an introduction to the world of the travel and tourism industry through the study of units such as: investigating the travel and tourism sector and cruise industry; retain, travel, hospitality, and marketing; European and UK destinations; customer service; and working as a holiday representative. You will also complete work experience and in year two you will study cabin crew, which will provide you with the basic background knowledge, skills and understanding required to work effectively as a member of cabin crew. You will learn in our aircraft cabin 'Stamford Airways' as well as visiting an airline training centre to experience real cabin crew training
