Tai Chi: Ball form

Everyone knows that exercise has a positive effect on health and wellbeing. This course gives you the chance to try a range of exercises drawing on Tai Chi; incorporating stretching, relaxation and breathing techniques. It is a fun way to exercise, increase fitness, balance and co-ordination. This course aims for students to learn new or improve existing skills such as balance, co-ordination, building fitness, self-esteem whist developing martial art techniques.Tai Chi stimulates both the mind and the body together. This is done through drawing on the ancient Asian martial art. Tai Chi Ball aid relaxation and reducing stress by maintaining strong body posture and calm mind.
