Being angry is often associated with aggression, dominance and selfishness. Challenge these assumptions and explore practical tools that will help you to express yourself powerfully without violating others. For adults of all ages who wish to increase their self confidence and feel more in control of their own life. (This course cannot be used in place of personal counselling). Students will need to:Develop techniques for becoming more confident, positive and assertive.
