Art History - American Art in the First Half of the 20th Century

An opportunity to explore in more depth the response of American artists to the rapid development of their country. We will re-examine the work of the Ashcan painters, the Regionalists, the Harlem Renaissance, the Precisionists, the New Deal artists and the Abstract Expressionists.
