The aim of this course is to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, mobility, co - ordination and balance.Learners will work in a friendly environment and at their own capacity to: - improve cardiovascular fitness - improve posture, core control, pelvic strength and back strength - develop mobility in shoulder, hip and knee joints - develop balance and co - ordination Learners will work from standing, seated and lying positions.
