This is a two-year programme designed for those interested in pursuing a career in architecture, land or quantity surveying, site management, site engineering, civil engineering or buying. You will study this programme in two full qualifications - Subsidiary Diploma in Year 1 and Extended Diploma in Year 2. This will allow you to complete your studies at the end of Year 1 and move on to the apprenticeship route should there be an opportunity.
