Level 3 BTEC IT Software Development covers 12 units of different subjects, all related to computers. These include learning about future employability skills to event driven programming, website design and games development. You will study a wide range of units which cover topics of Computing and ICT. The course involves either 12 units whic are broken down into a range of assignments, all of which have a vocational base to them. This qualification is 100% coursework based and has no exams. Current units include Computer Animation, Event Driven Programming and Information Systems. On the BTEC Extended Diploma students cover Data Analysis, Database Design and Project Planning.
