This class is a mixed ability class, suitable for beginners and those with previous experience of Pilates. Using a combination of seated and mat-work exercises it will help to strengthen abdominals and pelvic floor, improve and maintain good posture, release tension and increase energy, leaving you feeling strong, supple and revitalised!
