The course provides an opportunity for participants to become more aware of the thinking that limits personal achievement in both their personal and professional lives. It provides practical strategies/tools applicable to every life situation. At the end of the course students should be able to identify areas in their lives where they are not working as well as they would like. They should be able to identify specific self-limiting thought and behaviour patterns and be able to identify resistance to change and identify ways in which to move forward.
