This is your guide to understanding and using a variety of social media applications; Twitter, Facebook, MSN and email. We will answer your question: How is it useful for me e.g. a personal or business account? You will learn how to set up an account and a personal profile. You will also create and maintain contact lists finding people and businesses. How to use it effectively by creating, managing and deleting your contacts and albums. Other content will include common jargon, best practise guidelines, security and personal safety whilst on-line. Later we will discover what the Cloud is and how it works. You will learn how to get an area of cloud storage, how to manage a Cloud storage area, uploading and downloading files and folders, common jargon, best practise guidelines, security and on-line safety. On the course you will: * Create a Facebook and or Twitter account with a profile. * Create Contacts list; add and remove contacts. * Create an album. * Open a Cloud storage area and upload and download files from the Cloud. * Be able to demonstrate understanding of on-line security and personal safety, Anyone who has a computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone.
