This is one of a series of business seminars being delivered at the Enterprise Centre in Maidstone - Medvale House, Mote Road, ME15 6AH. The seminars are an occasional series which will all take place on Thursdays in 2015-16. This particular seminar is designed for those interested in better understanding their customers and how this can lead to an increase in revenue and profit. This course is aimed at aspirant entrepreneurs of small businesses, start-ups and existing small businesses.
