Excel - Improve Your Productivity

Although many people can use MS Office Excel at a basic level, there are a number of functions that some people never use. Proficient use of such software can enhance our career prospects as well as our general productivity. This course aims to demonstrate the use of all the major functions of a spreadsheet as used at work or at home. Shortcuts, hints and tips will be shared. At the end of the course students should be able to produce professional looking charts and spreadsheets and understand most of the major features of Excel. At the end of the course you should be able to: Design spreadsheets for a variety of different tasks, Use graphs, pivotTables and other statistical tools, Produce spreadsheets of use to you in your work, Explain various items of jargon This course in Maidstone is for those who have some computer literacy and who wish to learn more about Excel, Microsoft's spreadsheet package. It will help if you know the basics of the programme.
