Cookery School - The Art of Coffee

This coffee course is for those who love thier coffee and want to learn more about the processes used to create the perfect home brew. You will learn the methods and techniques used from plant to cup. You will even have a go at roasting your own coffee. By the end of the course students will, 1) Understand the process of producing coffee, 2) Be able to identify a variety of coffees and their differences, 3) Demonstrate the techniques required to brew coffee, 4) Roast their own coffee The course is for anybody who has an interest in or a love for coffee. No previous experience or knowledge is required.
