This 'GCSE Psychology' course in Ashford is a one year intensive course leading to a GCSE Psychology qualification, with the examining body AQA. The syllabus covers two units: Unit 1 - Making Sense of Other People, which includes: Memory, Non Verbal Communication, Personality Development, Stereotyping, Prejudice and Discrimination. Unit 2 - Understanding Other People, which includes: Learning, Social Influence, Sex, Gender and Aggression. The course is assessed via two 1.5 hour written exams taking place in May/June 2015. The exam papers will each contribute a maximum of 50% of the total marks available.
