Understanding Innovation and Change in the Workplace

This course centres on the ILM Level 3 Leadership and Management unit and provides candidates with the opportunity to:Explain the benefits of innovation and change for the organisationIdentify the barriers to change and innovation in the organisation Explain practical ways of overcoming these barriers Describe which planning, monitoring and review techniques could be used to manage innovation and changeExplain why communication is important in successful implementation of innovation and changeExplain possible human effects of innovation and change upon people and teams in an organisation.This course is at our training centre at IP - City, Ipswich on 23 September and 7 October 2015. On the first day the course starts at 1.30am and finishes at 4.30pm, whilst on the second day the course starts at 9.30am and finishes at 4.30pm. Managers can choose to attend the workshop only without ILM accreditation and the cost of the 1 and a half day workshop is £125 per person.
