A Level Economics

A level Economics is split into four areas or themes. Theme1; Introduction to markets and market failure. Theme 2: The UK economy - performance and policies. Theme 3: Business behaviour and the labour market. Theme 4: A global perspective. The course seeks to provide an insight into the working and machinations of the modern economy. This would include an understanding of fundamentals such as how markets work, economic policy, the problems facing the economy, economic issues (poverty and inequality, for example) economics of the firm and economic development.
