Have you completed the Understanding the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice Level 4 Award? If so, this is the next step for you. This qualification is for those who internally quality assure assessors and assessment, but who do not manage the centre, or other internal quality assessors. To enrol on this course you must have access to two assessors who you are supporting and they must each have a minimum of two candidates who are studying for a qualification in your chosen vocational area. You will build a portfolio for this unit, which will include direct observations and have onetoone support a maximum of 5 one hour sessions. Once you have completed the Award, you could progress on to the Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice Level 4 Certificate or you may wish to undertake the Award in Education and Training (AET).
