Crystal Therapy: Introduction

Crystal Therapy uses the natural energies contained in crystals. They can be used for healing, emotional balance, to enhance well-being and to increase personal energy. Introduction to Crystal Therapy examines the nature and power of crystals, and the chakras. Includes using crystals to cleanse the environment and ways of recharging the crystals for healing therapy.
