The QCF NVQ is flexible and can be aligned to any sector that has business administration activities. There are both mandatory and optional units and these can be tailored to both employee and employer needs. The mandatory units carry 9 credits and consist of: Manage own performance in a business environment Improve own performance in a business environment Work in a business environment Communicate in a business environment There is a comprehensive list of optional units which carry a minimum of 12 credits that cover a range of job roles.
