Business Management (Small Business Enterprise) Foundation Degree Level 5

There are three pathways to choose from on this course: information systems; sales and marketing; and small business enterprise. Whichever pathway you decide on, the core modules you'll study in year one include: developing business skills business liability managing communications marketing tools business finance employment law work placement (May to September) In year two you'll study: human resources management business decision-making research project management and leadership Your specialist modules on this small business enterprise pathway will include: entrepreneurship enterprise development Your final year research project will allow you to combine many of the skills you will have developed to produce findings about an area of particular interest to you. This will help with your progression if you decide to move on to a top-up degree after successful completing this course. You'll get the opportunity to complete an industrial placement in your first year. You'll need to arrange this by Christmas once you start the course.
