This course is offered as part of our suite of professional travel and tourism qualifications. In order to achieve the NCFE Award for Resort Representatives you must complete four mandatory units that explore employment opportunities, pre-season preparation, airport and transfer duties as well as resort duties. You will also be required to complete an optional unit that will enable you to specialise on a particular area of the resort representative's role, this could be working with children or as part of the entertainment team.
