PET (Preliminary English Test) B1 - CEF (Common European Framework) Course is suitable for students who have studied English at school in their native country and wish to improve their Speaking & Listening, Reading and Writing Skills. Participants may be in the UK working as au-pairs for a relatively short period (3-12 months) or even people living in the UK with the objective to develop their English and improve their work prospective or return to their country to continue training or to go to university. The course will include grammar development and usage such as: present tenses, past tenses, uses of the infinitive, basic passive sentence construction and various modal verbs. It will also contain word building, communication skills and phonology etc. The PET examination will be taken at the end of May2015/beginning of June 2015, but is not compulsory.
